🏷️ How to Request a Return

We want you to love your DDSports gear! If something isn’t right, you can easily request a return through your DDSports account. Follow the steps below to make the process fast and smooth.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • All approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee

  • Final Sale Product: Relief Dr. Healing Salve — not eligible for return or exchange

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery


🔐 Step-by-Step: Requesting a Return

1. Log into Your DDSports Account

  • Click the Account icon in the top right corner of our website.

  • Enter your email and password.

  • If you don’t have an account yet, create one using the same email address used during checkout. Your orders will automatically appear.

2. Open Your Order

  • Go to My Orders.

  • Click on the Order Number that contains the item(s) you’d like to return.

3. Click “Request Return”

  • Select Request Return (or Return Items) beside the eligible product(s).

  • If you don’t see this button, check our Return Policy — your order may be outside the 30-day window or include a final sale item.

4. Choose Items & Reason

  • Check each item you’re returning.

  • Select a return reason from the dropdown menu.

  • Upload photos or notes if the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Review Fees & Shipping

  • Confirm your understanding that all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Acknowledge that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Submit Your Request

  • Click Submit Return Request.

  • You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email confirming your request has been received.


📦 After Submitting Your Request

  • Our customer service team reviews return requests within 1–2 business days.

  • If approved, you’ll receive an email from chris@ddsports.us containing:

    • The return shipping address

    • Your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

    • Packaging instructions

⚠️ Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.


🚚 Ship Your Return

  • Use any trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)

  • Clearly label the package with your RMA number (“Attn: RMA ####”)

  • Include a printed note with your order number, full name, and reason for return

  • Keep your tracking receipt for proof of delivery


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued minus the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping costs.

  • Returns that are used, damaged, or missing packaging may be declined or shipped back to you at your expense.

If you can’t submit a return request from your account, no problem — email our support team directly:

Subject: “Return Request + Order #”
Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item was damaged)

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days.


⚡ Guest Checkout Orders

If you placed your order as a guest:

  • Open your Order Confirmation email

  • Click View your order

  • Select Request Return (if available)

  • Or create a DDSports account using the same email to access your order history

Please note that Relief Dr. Healing Salve is considered a Final Sale item and cannot be returned or exchangedunder any circumstance.
